  I didn't need a grief counselor I needed someone who could guide me and show me some empathy. It wasn't here. I ended up going to LaPaloma where they worked with me and treated me fairly. I also found a professional who knew what they were doing and not some sales person they found off the street. Look around there are many choices today in Reno and it's not just Waltons or Waltons by another name anymore.

  My brother passed away in late July 2016. Went to Affinity the next day to make simple arrangements. I was very impressed with the service I got. It was efficient and not overpriced. I asked for minimal, and there was no upselling. They later received the ashes before the death certificates and called to ask if I wanted them to ship the ashes immediately and send the certificates later. We're only talking a couple of days so I told them just to ship everything at once. They considerately thought I might be in a big hurry to get the ashes and went to the trouble to call and offer separate shipments. In my time of need I was lucky to find Affinity and can highly recommend.
