  I have no complaints about the simple and straightforward service we received from them. Following an unexpected death, we chose them for their willingness to work with the arrival of out of town family and to have everything ready for us. There was no high-balling as we made it clear in the beginning what our expectations were and what our budget was. Not once did they attempt to up sell us. They even went the extra mile in working behind the scenes to help find a local mechanic that could offer same day service, as a nagging car issue that would have prevented an on-time departure for a 10 hour road trip had presented itself upon arrival for the viewing. Very pleased!

  kudos of the highest manner from my family to waltons...when my wife and i signed up for a pre arranged funeral plan who would have thought just four years later waltons services would be needed.... however, such as the case everything that was told to us actually transpired without a glitch or problem.....waltons employees and affiliates displayed the highest fidelity to the needs of my dear wife and family....at a time of unbelievable stress and anguish waltons was good to their word and took care of my wife with the greatest of compassion....hard to find such service in todays world....thank you from the bottom of my heart....a loving husband....

  What are you trying to pull. $2000 for a cremation and then try to send me down the street to another one of your locations if I didn't want quality. Shop around Reno I did and went to Truckee Meadows--they are not owned by Waltons
